නීතිය සහ guideline එක කියන්නේ කුමක්ද?

2019 Medicines Regulations 100(2)(d) electronic prescriptions dispensing සහ home delivery සඳහා NMRA prior written approval අවශ්‍ය කරයි. 100(2)(e) pharmacist විසින් dispensing/delivery කිරීම සහ 106 prescription register එකට electronic prescriptions ඇතුළත් කිරීම ගැන දක්වයි. [L1]

2024 Telemedicine Guidelines 1.7 හි signed prescription copy එක email හෝ messaging platform මඟින් යැවීම සලකා ඇත. Pharmacy එකට සෘජුව යවන විට patient consent සහ pharmacy තේරීමේ අයිතිය ද අදාළයි. Controlled medicines ගැන 1.8 හි අමතර සීමා ඇත. [L2]

මෙම මූලාශ්‍ර දෙක එකට කියවන විට, prescription යැවීමට ඇති guidance එක pharmacy dispensing approval කොන්දේසිය ඉවත් කරන්නේ යැයි නිගමනය කළ නොහැක. මෙය ඒ මූලාශ්‍ර එකට කියවීමෙන් ගන්නා ප්‍රායෝගික අර්ථකථනයයි.

පිළිතුර සකස් කරන පියවර

1. අදාළ pharmacy approval සහ එහි conditions තහවුරු කරන්න.
2. Prescriber, source සහ patient identity; prescription එකේ සම්පූර්ණභාවය, දිනය, alteration/reuse සහ medicine-specific controls පරීක්ෂා කරන්න.
3. Allergies, dose, interactions සහ රෝගියාට ගැළපීම වෙනම පරීක්ෂා කරන්න.
4. තහවුරු කළ නොහැකි supply එක නවත්වා, විශ්වාසදායක prescriber channel එකෙන් clarification ලබාගෙන, lawful supply හෝ සුදුසු referral මාර්ගයක් සකස් කරන්න.
5. කවුද, කවදා, මොනවා තහවුරු කළේද සහ අවසාන තීරණය record කරන්න.

“WhatsApp නම් සියල්ල නීතිවිරෝධීයි” හෝ “doctor යැවූ නිසාම dispense කළ හැකියි” යන පොදු ප්‍රකාශ දෙකම ප්‍රමාණවත් පිළිතුරු නොවේ. විශේෂ pharmacy එකකට අනුමැතිය තිබෙන බව මෙම සටහනෙන් ප්‍රකාශ කරන්නේ නැහැ.
